![]() ![]() ![]() After talking with Tom, from Exagrid, I have to say that I have not only learned a lot about how their product works but also why my backups started to fail. Actually, I should say when they call me because normally they know something is wrong and are on top of it before I am.Īnyhow, now that I have a few weeks of backups out there with Veeam and an Exagrid box I have started to run into issues as described in Part 4 of my ExaGrid post. However, I don’t have that feeling when I have to call ExaGrid, because they know their shit and don’t try to transfer you 100 times before its fixed. I get to work with a lot of different vendors at my job, and I must say that when I have to call one I usually plan for a crappy day. ![]() Let me start out by saying that the support and customer service from ExaGrid is top notch. ![]()
